Commercial Real Estate Attorney | Manhattan, New York City

What You'll Do

• Advise developers, institutional investors, family offices, private equity sponsors, lenders, landlords, and owners on sophisticated commercial real estate matters
• Handle commercial acquisitions and dispositions
• Work on complex office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use leasing transactions
• Assist with development projects and joint ventures
• Advise on borrower and lender-side real estate finance matters
• Support asset management and portfolio transactions
• Provide strategic commercial advice to high-profile real estate investors and owners
• Take ownership of transactions, negotiate directly with counterparties, and work closely with highly regarded partners

What You'll Need

• 4+ years' commercial real estate experience gained at a respected law firm
• Admission to the New York Bar
• A passion for commercial leasing, particularly within the New York market
• Experience handling sophisticated acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, and real estate finance matters
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
