Job Description

MGH, a full-service marketing communications agency, is
currently seeking a Social Media Account Manager with 4-6+ years agency or
in-house experience to join our social media marketing team as a hybrid or
in-office employee.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary forward-facing paid social strategist
  on various client account(s), building relationships with assigned clients and
  teams
  
• Execute paid social buys in collaboration with various
  internal teams
  
• Work with and guide design team to create visual ad elements
  
• Offer copywriting for paid social ads
  
• Work with clients and internal teams to define success
  metrics and evaluate business impact of digital strategies and projects
  
• Develop reporting templates
  
• Offer daily monitoring and analysis of results across paid
  social platforms
  
• Offer frequent campaign optimizations
  
• Compile weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and
  plans
  
• Ensure ongoing education around tactics and emerging trends
  relevant to paid social, AI integrations, and client industries
  
• Educate internal teams and clients on trends, behaviors, and
  technologies
  
• Seek out
  ways to grow existing client business
  
• Provide insights and recommendations when pitching new
  business
  

Requirements

• 3-6+ years managing paid social media efforts
  
• Deep understanding of advertising, website, e-comm, and
  business metrics
  
• Deep experience with ad campaign planning, set-up,
  management, analysis, and reporting
  
• Hands-on planning and buying experience across Meta and
  TikTok, ideally with experience across other social platforms, such as Snap,
  LinkedIn, and Pinterest
  
• Copywriting ability
  
• Close familiarity with unpaid social media tactics and
  influencer marketing
  
• Adaptable, flexible
