We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to quality and safety.Job ResponsibilitiesSort, inspect, package, and stack ceramic tiles while maintaining quality standards.Load materials onto conveyors and assist machine operators throughout production.Prepare and mix raw materials used in tile and glaze manufacturing.Operate production equipment and perform assembly, packaging, and material handling duties.Maintain cleanliness of machinery, production lines, and work areas.Support inventory, counting, and quality control processes while meeting daily production goals.RequirementsManufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.Comfortable with repetitive physical tasks, including bending, twisting, kneeling, and standing.Experience working in fast-paced industrial or manufacturing environments is a plus.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and solve problems effectively.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.Comfortable working in dusty, hot, physically demanding environments.Basic math and inventory skills are beneficial.Why Apply?Stable full-time opportunityHands-on manufacturing experienceSupportive team environmentOpportunities for growth and advancementImmediate openings availableJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
