Farm Hand ## Job Summary We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Farm Hand to join our operation. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working with cattle and farm equipment. This position requires flexibility, especially during peak seasons when long hours are expected. ## Responsibilities - Operate a variety of farm equipment safely and efficiently. - Work with cattle, including tagging newborn calves and handling livestock. - Pull and haul livestock trailers. - Complete assigned daily tasks with minimal supervision. - Follow directions and maintain a safe working environment. - Assist with general farm maintenance and daily operations. - Show up on time and be dependable. ## Qualifications - Experience operating farm equipment. - Comfortable working around cattle and livestock. - Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks. - Mechanical experience is preferred. - Experience driving a semi-truck is a plus. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. - Ability to work long hours during peak seasons and reduced hours during the off-season. - Strong work ethic and willingness to perform a variety of farm duties. ## Preferred Skills - Mechanical repair and maintenance experience. - Experience hauling livestock. - Knowledge of cattle handling and livestock care.
