East West Bank gives people the confidence to reach further.OverviewBeing the next generation Business Relationship Officer at East West Bank means you are part of a world-class team that focuses on delivering a high quality, high-touch, and high-tech relationship banking experience across all customer touchpoints.As Relationship Officer, you will play a key role in managing and retaining existing customers and cultivating new relationships with customers to expand East West Bank’s customer base to grow assets, loans, and deposits.working with internal business partners to facilitate the connection to customers to help them with specialized financial needs.We will help you grow your career at East West Bank by providing you with ongoing training to expand your business knowledge, grow your digital acumen, and build long-lasting relationships with our customers.ResponsibilitiesAchieve quarterly/annual goals through business generation of C&I, CRE, mortgages, SBA, treasury management, deposits, investments, and international and other commercial and consumer products offered through East West BankUnderstand the bank’s credit policy to be able to identify client’s eligibility for loan products. Understand client’s business, industry and identify strategies to create new business opportunities and provide need-based products to customers. Motivate, coach and provide guidance to employees to achieve sales and service goals Efficiently manages time and is result drivenExpert in using digital resources and technologies to optimize clients’ digital banking experience and possess the aptitude to learn new programsEducate customers on how to use digital platforms to bank and invest when, where and how they wantMay perform other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree or business relevant associate degree such as business management, admin or finance preferred3+ years in commercial lending and or/consultative relationship sales role in a related industry with proven sales track recordIn-depth knowledge of banks, credit and deposit products; experience in international activities between U.S. and Greater China preferredStrong sales and service skills including prospecting and networking. Proven success in establishing new clients, deepening customer relationships, and delivering resultsStrong financial acumen and communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Able to manage client concernsHas the ability to learn and adapt to latest information and technology platformsStrong desire and capability to influence, educate and connect team, partners, and customers to technologyApplicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States. We do not offer visa sponsorship at this time. CompensationThe base pay range for this position is USD $71,000.00/Yr. - USD $78,000.00/Yr.
