Computer literacy including Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks proficiency is a must. Experience with QuickBooks, specifically QuickBooks Online high preferred.Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:Prepares checks, payments and bank depositsReconciles cash credit card payments and bank statementsAssist with processing payroll and handling state and federal requests regarding payroll mattersVendor MaintenanceAbility to handle special projectsPerform routine accounting duties, including accounts receivable and accounts payables.Administers accounts payable administrationPrepares financial reportsAssist with human resources and benefits coordinationA background check is required for this position.Minimum 2 years' experience of bookkeeping preferred.Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insuranceDental/Vision insurancePaid time offPhysical setting: OfficeSchedule: Monday thru Friday8 hour shiftMonday to Friday
