Because our clientele is primarily Spanish-speaking, fluency in Spanish is required to be considered for this position.**
You will act as the gatekeeper for the company, and mostly working behind the scenes as we need someone poised, professional and has a strong ability to work well with deadlines. You must be able to establish and maintain good working relationships with individuals internally and externally. Making a significant impact on employees and clients through direct and indirect communication is a must.
Responsibilities:
Provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support to management
Partners Personnel - - Responsibilities: Operate cherry picker and reach truck safely; Load/unload materials from trucks/pallets; Move materials to shipping/storage; Ensure materials staged for counting/inspection; Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet
