Osakana is a Japanese-style fresh fish market in the East Village, also operating at Katagiri 59th St and Katagiri Lexington Ave. We're urgently hiring sushi chefs for weekend shifts . Start immediately.
What you'll do
Make sushi, sashimi, and takeout sushi; handle and manage fresh fish (including freezing/thawing); keep the station sanitary; open and close.
