Role Description The Social Media Manager is a hybrid role (2 days in office, 1 remote) based in Palm Beach, FL, with some flexibility for work from home. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing social media content that reflects the Michael Aram brand and its handcrafted, art-driven aesthetic. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, writing captions and posts, optimizing content for each social platform, and engaging with followers and online communities. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with marketing and creative teams to support campaigns, product launches, and storytelling aligned with brand values. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, implementing social media optimization (SMO) strategies, and adjusting content based on analytics and trends.

Qualifications

• Strong social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand presence across multiple platforms.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, including the ability to craft clear, engaging, and on-brand messaging.
• Experience in content strategy, including planning editorial calendars and aligning social content with broader marketing goals.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance tracking to inform data-driven decisions.
• Background in art, design, luxury goods, or lifestyle brands is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Palm Beach, FL, demonstrating reliability, collaboration, and self-management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a demonstrated interest in handcrafted, design-focused brands.
