Senior Performance And Metrics Analyst

The Performance Metrics Analyst is responsible for designing, monitoring, and communicating performance indicators to support organizational goals. This role ensures that leadership has real-time, actionable insights by analyzing quantitative and qualitative data across assigned portfolios. The analyst will operate with limited guidance and must be able to think on their feet to present informed recommendations, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing advice and assistance to government personnel on matters related to performance measurement and management policies.
• Conducting analyses and assessments on the impact of new or revised government policies and guidance.
• Analyzing the alignment of DoD and CN&SP strategic goals with proposed initiatives.
• Providing analyses of National Drug Control Program strategic plans.
• Understanding performance measurement concepts to support government decision-making.
• Applying performance concepts to develop performance criteria and identify opportunities for program investment.

Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Possess a master's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience supporting senior general/flag officers and/or Senior Executive Service (SES) levels within the DoD, other government agencies, or equivalent corporate roles.
• Demonstrated experience and capabilities related to performance measurement, strategic alignment, and data-driven decision support.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of performance measurement concepts.
• Knowledge and experience in applying performance concepts to develop performance criteria and identify opportunities for program investment.
• Must sign an annual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
