The Opportunity

RoofLynx LLC is seeking a high-performing Senior Commercial Roofing Sales Executive & Regional Business Development Manager to lead business development, commercial account growth, and contract closings across Indiana, Tennessee, and Eastern Ohio.

In this high-earning B2B commercial sales role, you will identify, qualify, and close commercial roofing contracts across both private commercial real estate sectors and public bid markets. Building direct relationships with building owners, property management firms, facility engineers, and general contractors, you will position high-performance commercial roofing solutions—ranging from preventative maintenance programs and elastomeric roof coatings to complete tear-offs and single-ply re-roofs (TPO, EPDM, PVC). If you are a proven commercial sales producer who wants complete control over your income with $80,000.00 to $150,000.00+ earning potential and full operational backing, RoofLynx LLC provides the leads, estimation support, and corporate backing required to maximize your commissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Market Expansion: Drive new commercial account acquisition through strategic cold outreach, commercial property networking, facility director engagement, and local market intelligence across Indiana, Tennessee, and Eastern Ohio.
  • Consultative Property Asset Evaluation: Conduct commercial roof asset walk-throughs, evaluate building envelope integrity, core sample roofs, and recommend custom roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Coatings, and Preventative Maintenance Agreements).
  • Account Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term partnerships with commercial property managers, asset managers, facility directors, HOA boards, and general contractors.
  • Public & Private Bid Execution: Collaborate with internal estimating teams to construct competitive commercial proposals, respond to public RFPs, compile bid bonds, and present formal bids to executive decision-makers.
  • Pipeline & CRM Administration: Manage client touchpoints, proposal stages, field photos, and target revenue metrics within company CRM software (e.g., AccuLynx, Salesforce).
  • Forecasting & Revenue Tracking: Deliver accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts, market intelligence, and pipeline reports to leadership while hitting target revenue numbers.
  • Operations Handover Collaboration: Lead pre-construction turnover meetings with project managers, estimators, and field superintendents to ensure seamless build execution and client satisfaction.

What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

Required

  • Industry Sales Tenure: Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales, business development, or account management experience within commercial roofing or commercial building envelope construction.
  • Commercial Roofing Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial single-ply roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC), fluid-applied coatings, re-roofing workflows, and preventative maintenance strategies.
  • B2B Closing Track Record: Demonstrated success prospecting, pitching, and closing high-margin deals with commercial property managers, building owners, and facility engineers.
  • Public & Private Bid Experience: Familiarity with public bid processes, RFP response assembly, bid bonds, and commercial contract compliance.
  • Mobility Credentials: Valid driver license with complete willingness to travel regionally across assigned territories (Indiana, Tennessee, or Eastern Ohio) for site inspections and client presentations.

Preferred

  • CRM & Estimation Literacy: Proficiency in commercial CRM platforms (AccuLynx, Salesforce, EDGE) and digital roof measurement tools.
  • Regional Industry Network: Active working relationships with regional commercial real estate networks, property management associations (BOMA, IFMA), or general contractors in IN, TN, or OH.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Uncapped Commission Earnings: High-margin commission structure designed to yield $80,000.00 to $150,000.00+ in annual earnings, with no earnings ceiling.
  • Sales Ramp Support: Commission draw programs available for qualified commercial producers during initial pipeline development.
  • Fleet & Travel Reimbursement: Vehicle allowance and full reimbursement for business-related field travel.
  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage options.
  • Work-Life Balance: Paid Time Off (PTO) allocations covering paid company holidays, vacation days, and personal leave.
  • Professional Tools: Corporate mobile technology package (laptop, smartphone, software subscriptions) and sales collateral provided.
