JOB DESCRIPTION
AdvaCare Pharma is seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of international distributor accounts. This role combines account management, commercial negotiation, order coordination, and distributor development within an international business environment.

As the primary point of contact for assigned customers, you will manage the relationship throughout the sales and order lifecycle—from RFQs and negotiations through production, packaging, documentation, and shipment—while coordinating closely with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met accurately and on schedule.

You will also be responsible for understanding your distributors’ markets, procurement cycles, challenges, and growth opportunities in order to strengthen relationships, expand product ranges, and increase account revenue.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, commercially minded, and confident communicating with international customers. Comprehensive training will be provided, with strong opportunities to develop skills in international sales, negotiation, account management, and business development.

This role requires high attention to detail, multitasking skills, strong time and project management skills, and most of all a desire to grow, succeed and be part of a team.

3. Prepare and manage Sales Quotations, Proforma Invoices, Sales Contracts, and other required customer documentation.
4. Coordinate customer orders with Purchasing and other internal departments to ensure production, packaging, documentation, and shipment requirements are completed accurately and on schedule.
5. Monitor RFQs, orders, milestones, deadlines, and outstanding activities; proactively identify potential issues and coordinate solutions to prevent delays.
6. Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their market, procurement cycles, product needs, business challenges, and future opportunities.
7. Monitor distributor performance, annual purchasing commitments, Marketing Agreement requirements, and exclusivity terms, and follow up on underperforming or inactive accounts.
8. Coordinate customer packaging requirements, approvals, promotional materials, and relevant marketing support with internal departments.
9. Manage customer quality complaints from initial reporting through investigation, communication, documentation, and final resolution.
10. Conduct customer meetings, including order-related meetings, transition meetings, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and maintain accurate records in the ERP system.
11. Maintain complete and accurate customer, RFQ, order, and activity information in Odoo while ensuring compliance with company SOPs and established processes.
