Premier Development is a real estate development firm that builds new homes, luxury apartments, and active adult communities across Central NJ. We are seeking a professional, organized, and dependable Receptionist/Office Assistant to serve as the welcoming first point of contact for our main office and provide administrative support to our team.

Office Hours: THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION, MON THRU FRI 9AM-5PM

Location: Raritan NJ

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the main reception area , ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
• Greet visitors and assist with incoming calls and general inquiries
• Receive, sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail
• Coordinate and oversee the general maintenance and operation of office equipment
• Monitor and maintain office supply inventory
• Coordinate office supply deliveries and ensure supplies are properly distributed
• Provide general administrative and office support as needed
• Assist with organization and day-to-day office operations
• Handle various ad hoc assignments and special projects as requested by management
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and service-oriented presence at all times

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, administrative, or office experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology
