Job Duties:
Cook Chill Production Center (CCPC serves Office of Mental Health facilities and other NYS facilities, government facilities and not-for-profit agencies by making/delivering 150 different food products (15,000 lbs. produced daily). Positions require performing a variety of food preparation tasks other than cooking, to include preparing cold foods/shellfish; storing and stocking of food; and sanitation tasks. Some tasks are performed in a wet or cold environment. Food Safety and Facility specific training will be provided Salary commensurate with scope of work job experience Proper footwear required to perform tasks in a safe manner.
