E-commerce Specialist $22.00 - $24.00/hour (BOE) | On-Site Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for an E-commerce Specialist who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and enjoys combining e-commerce responsibilities with customer service. The E-commerce Specialist will help manage the company’s online sales presence by maintaining product listings, updating digital content, processing online activity, and ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience. This position will also interact directly with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to walk-in customers as needed. Responsibilities Create, update, and maintain online product listings, including descriptions, pricing, images, specifications, and availability Ensure website and online product information remains accurate, organized, and visually appealing Add new products and update existing products across e-commerce platforms Assist with online orders, product inquiries, and other e-commerce customer needs Greet and assist walk-in customers, answer product questions, and help customers find what they need Provide professional and friendly customer service both online and in person Assist with online promotions, featured products, seasonal updates, and digital merchandising Coordinate product photos, descriptions, and other content needed for online listings Monitor website content and identify opportunities to improve the online shopping experience Review e-commerce performance and product activity to identify trends and opportunities Assist with SEO, keywords, and product descriptions to improve online visibility Work with other departments to ensure product, pricing, and inventory information is current Balance e-commerce projects with day-to-day customer service needs Qualifications Previous experience with e-commerce, online retail, website management, digital marketing, retail sales, or customer service preferred Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software and online platforms Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Friendly, approachable, and comfortable assisting customers face-to-face Ability to explain product information and provide helpful recommendations Ability to shift priorities and manage both online responsibilities and walk-in customer needs Bring your digital skills and customer service experience together in one exciting role! #3371OS #J-18808-Ljbffr
