Key responsibilities Perform conflict of interest searches and prepare concise reports while filtering data appropriately Conduct factual research to identify potential conflicts and verify the accuracy of relevant data Provide support and respond to inquiries regarding conflict checks and client/matter status Required qualifications High School diploma or GED with 1-2 years of post-secondary education; 2-4 years of legal assistant or conflicts experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software applications Strong Internet research skills and experience with legal and financial research systems Familiarity with BVD/Orbis, Intapp Open, and Elite 3E is preferred Ability to exercise discretion with confidential information and communicate effectively with various staff levels
